has a Bachelor of Commerce
(Honours) degree from the Queen's
University School of Business in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and a Masters in Management (Sloan
Fellowship) degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California,
USA.

and organizational development consulting based upon respect for the
individual and the premise that the person who actually does the work has
significant "know how'" to play an important role in solution
development for compelling organizational challenges.
