Ron De Ré excels in “Group Dynamics” in any setting from the boardroom to the shop floor.  He offers creative and insightful approaches to the development of solutions based on a wide variety of practical consulting and senior management experience.

Experience

Mr. De Ré has extensive senior management, coaching and consulting experience with organizations large and small, in the public and private sectors, in a variety of functional areas including general management, organizational development, human resources, labour relations, facilitation, training & development and acquisitions & mergers.

Education

Ron has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Queen's University School of Business in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and a Masters in Management (Sloan Fellowship) degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California, USA.
