6 Sessions of "Live" Role Playing - where every participant gets to play both Practitioner (to practice Coaching) and Client (to experience being Coached) in each of these 6 Sessions.

Purpose

This 10-week workshop is not intended to make you a Coach. The purpose of this "Introduction to Coaching" workshop is to introduce business professionals to coaching skills they will find helpful in their profession. However, you will learn to use coaching techniques in your efforts to better serve your clients as a trained empathetic coaching professional.

1. A Values Clarification

2. Creating a Mission Statement based on your values

3. Writing an Informed Consent Form based on your code of ethics

& Time Management through evaluating your "Tolerations"

4. Writing a Code of Ethics based on your values and profession

5. "Live" Role Play on Probing Questions & Active Listening

6. "Live" Role Play on Reflective Listening & Using The Silence

7. "Live" Role Play on 1-5 Empowering Skills

8. "Live" Role Play on 6-10 Empowering Skills

9. "Live" Role Play on 11-15 Empowering Skills

10. Special "Live" Role Play using all of the Skills

Tuition is only $295

Fees

$295.00/person covers the cost of all assignment materials PLUS ten (10) teleconference class sessions of 90 minutes hosted by 2 facilitators. The Fees do not include the cost of long distance charges associated with calling in to the teleconference sessions.

In addition, the facilitators record each session and post audio tracks (in MP3 format) to a Confidential webpage for listening and/or downloading. In addition to the unedited track for the entire session, there will be a separate audio track for each section of each teleconference.

"… This stuff works, Donna and Ron, and if I had my druthers, I'd just want to continue really learning about the coaching practice.
